Sandra's experience spans over 20 years. As assistant manager of Cleveland Apartments, owned by Lockwood Realty in Hayti, Missouri at the she learned that fairness and honesty is key in serving people. She quickly moved up the ranks with Lockwood Realty, eventually becoming a manager and later a district area supervisor for 19 housing complexes in Missouri, Arkansas, and Tennessee. 

 During her tenure with the Intrepid Management, she helped report record profits and held high occupancy rates at properties she managed. In 2010, Collins gained certification by HUD as a management agent. She currently serves as the President of the Osceola/South Mississippi County Chamber of Commerce board.
